IDXDIAG is built and run by Farhad Ali. Email reaches me directly, there is no support queue in between.
Reporting a wrong specification
This is the most useful message you can send. Include the page address and what looks wrong, and the source you are comparing against if you have one. I check the report against the publisher's listing and correct the entry when it is off. Requirements do change after release, so a page that was right can drift.
Questions about a verdict
If a score does not look right for your hardware, send the page address and the part you think is being read incorrectly. Laptop graphics chips are the most common source of confusion, and those are scored against mobile benchmarks rather than their desktop namesakes. The scoring page covers the rules in full.
Privacy requests
Uploaded reports are parsed in memory and discarded, so there is no stored file to delete. If you have a question about what is logged, the privacy policy sets it out, and you can email the same address.
Everything else
Corrections, bugs, and questions about how something is calculated are all welcome at the address above. IDXDIAG is independent and not affiliated with any studio, vendor, or hardware maker, so if you are writing about a listing on this site, I am the right person to ask.
